The Q-Factor corresponds to the distance between the crank arm and the center of the pedal. It directly influences the alignment of your hips, knees, and ankles, as well as your pedaling position. At LOOK Cycle, we offer two Q-Factor options: 53 mm (standard) and 56 mm (+3 mm) since October 2025, to adapt to the morphology and style of each cyclist.
A wider Q-Factor (56 mm) may suit cyclists seeking more stability or having a more open position, while a standard Q-Factor (53 mm) promotes a more compact and aerodynamic posture.
For optimal adjustment, it is recommended to undergo a professional bike fitting.
