Who covers the cost of the return?

Should you decide to retract upon receipt of your order, i.e. if the product delivered is the one ordered, but does not meet your requirements, then all return costs will be at your expense.

Return costs will be borne by LOOK in the event of non-conformity, i.e. if the product delivered does not match the one you ordered.
