If your order hasn’t yet arrived, it is probably still on its way to you and should make it short. Please check the estimated delivery date again. If the package is late, it may be because the transport network is temporarily busier than usual.
We remain dependent on the service of our courier DHL Express. We chose them specifically for their high reliability, yet there is still a risk of delay.
In the meantime, please check with your doorman, receptionist or neighbors that no one has collected your order for you.
Finally, please check that the address in the order summary is complete, correct, does not contain spelling mistakes; also ensure your name is clearly printed on your mailbox, which is accessible. A lack of information in the delivery information can lead to delays.
