How can I track my order and delivery?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can also follow the progress of your order by logging into your personal account and selecting the "My orders" tab:

• Processing: we are lovingly preparing your order in our workshop.
  
• Shipping: your package has been handed over to our courier and delivery is in progress.
  
• Estimated delivery date: when you can expect your package to arrive.
  
• Delivery: your order has been delivered to your home or selected retailer.
