When you select the "deliver to a retailer" option, you will receive an email containing:
- Confirmation of your order;
- Order tracking once it has been dispatched;
- A delivery alert to inform you that your order is ready for collection during the shop's opening hours.
When collecting your order, please do not forget:
- Your confirmation email and order number;
- Valid ID.
If you fail to bring these documents, the retailer may refuse to hand over the order.
