How does delivery to a retailer work?

When you select the "deliver to a retailer" option, you will receive an email containing:

• Confirmation of your order;
• Order tracking once it has been dispatched;
• A delivery alert to inform you that your order is ready for collection during the shop's opening hours.
  

When collecting your order, please do not forget:

• Your confirmation email and order number;
• Valid ID.

If you fail to bring these documents, the retailer may refuse to hand over the order.
