How do I adjust the release tension of my LOOK GEO TREKKING pedals?

LOOK GEO TREKKING pedals are by default set to the minimum release tension. This can be adjusted on the lever located at the back of the pedal.

You will need:

• 4mm Allen wrench
• LOOK GEO TREKKING pedals

Steps to adjust pedal release tension:

1. To increase the tension, turn clockwise (+ sign)
2. To reduce the tension, turn anticlockwise (- sign)
3. You will hear a click for every increment of tension

Please note you cannot adjust pedal tension while the foot is engaged

We recommend leaving the tension on the lowest setting until you are perfectly familiar with the system. Similarly, when increasing pedal tension, it is advisable to do so step by step.
