How can I edit or cancel my order?

Did you make a mistake in your order or change your mind?

Please contact our Customer Service team using the "Online orders/reason: cancel my order" form.

2 scenarios :

• If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be canceled and not delivered.
• If the order has already been dispatched, you will only be able to return it and claim a refund once it has been delivered and you have completed a return request using the "Online orders" form.
