What Does the LOOK+ Lifetime Bike Warranty Cover?

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing, material, or assembly defects affecting the frame, fork, and cockpit.

Also covered are:

• Paint and finish defects for 3 years,
• Any non-compliance or hidden defects,
• An automatic 12-month extension if a repair occurs at the end of the period.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage related to an accident, fall, shock, or external impact,
• Improper use, non-compliant maintenance, modifications, or assembly not respecting the recommended torque settings,
• Normal wear of components not part of the structure (e.g., bearings, tires…),
• Paint or finish beyond the 3-year coverage,
• Damage due to transport, improper storage, or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
