Are the paint and finishes covered by the LOOK+ program?

Yes. Under the LOOK+ program, the paint and finishes of your frame, fork, and cockpit are covered for 3 years from the delivery date.

This coverage includes paint and finish defects, as well as non-conformities and/or hidden defects related to the paint.

This coverage does not include:

• Damage related to improper use, inadequate storage, unauthorized repairs, or intentional modifications (paint, non-approved LOOK product).
• Maintenance that does not comply with LOOK Cycle usage or maintenance conditions.
• Falls or accidents: these cases are covered by the additional LOOK+ Crash Replacement program.
• Defects identified more than 3 years after delivery.
• Transportation costs if no defect is found following a technical analysis.
