What does the legal warranty cover for my bike?

The legal bike warranty covers, for 2 years, the following items:

  • Manufacturing, material, or assembly defects affecting the frame, fork, cockpit, or any other original component.

  • Any non-conformities present at the time of purchase.

  • Failures occurring during normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

It does not cover:

  • The normal wear and tear of components (bearings, tires, cables, chain, brakes, etc.).

  • Damage related to an accident, fall, or external impact.

  • Damage caused by misuse, insufficient maintenance, or improper assembly (e.g., torque settings not respected).

  • Any modification of the frame, fork, or components, including drilling, cutting, or incompatible assemblies.

  • Damage due to transport, improper storage, or extreme usage conditions.

  • Purely aesthetic alterations (scratches, paint chips) when they are not due to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty applies automatically from the date of purchase.
