In France and the European Union, you are protected for 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.
In the event of a repair carried out under the legal warranty, your coverage is automatically extended by 6 months (art. L.217-13 of the Consumer Code). With the LOOK+ program, this extension is increased to 12 months.
In the event of replacement of the goods, a new full legal warranty period of 2 years begins from the delivery of the replacement product.
Some EU member states provide for longer durations. The applicable duration is that of the legislation of the country in which the product was purchased.
