The LOOK+ program includes a Crash Replacement benefit that allows you to re-equip yourself at a reduced price on a new product (frame, fork, cockpit, or pedals) in case of a fall or accident.
Discounts based on the time after delivery:
- 1st year (less than 12 months): −50%
- 2nd year (from 12 to 24 months): −30%
- 3rd year (from 24 to 36 months): −10%
Workshop and shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer. The discount applies only to the price of the new replacement product.
