How do I edit my password and personal information?

You can access your personal information from your LOOK customer account:

• Log in to your account using your login and password;
• Select the "My information" tab;
• Edit the relevant information;
• Click on "Save"

You can also edit or delete personal information such as your preferred retailer, telephone number, delivery addresses, etc.
