In the event of resale or transfer of your LOOK product, the new owner automatically benefits from the rights acquired under the legal warranty of conformity, for the remaining duration, in accordance with Article L.217-29 of the Consumer Code. No procedure is required for this transfer.
LOOK+ Program
The LOOK+ program is reserved for the initial buyer who completed the registration within 30 days following delivery. It is not transferable.
Updating your information
For any update of the product record in our system (change of owner), please contact our customer service with the original purchase invoice and proof of transfer.
