What does the LOOK+ Pedal Warranty Extension cover?

The extended warranty of the LOOK+ program extends the coverage of the pedals to 3 years instead of the legal 2 years.

It covers:

• Manufacturing or assembly defects,
• Material defects,
• Any non-conformity or hidden defect found on the pedals.

Not covered:

• Normal wear of cleats, bearings, axles, and components subject to friction,
• Damage related to an accident, misuse, or external impact,
• Use not in accordance with maintenance and assembly recommendations,
• Any unauthorized modification or disassembly of the pedals,
• Damage resulting from lack of maintenance (e.g., absence of lubrication or improper cleaning).
