I have bought, or I am going to buy, a second-hand LOOK frame / bike and the inital owner did not register it. Can I register it and benefit from the lifetime warranty?

The lifetime warranty extension is a commercial warranty that is valid only for the original buyer and cannot be transferred to a third party.

You can however still register online, which will allow us to contact you in case of technical updates or product recall.
