How do I register and activate the warranty extension of my frame / bike?

You are responsible for registering your product online. You will need a personal LOOK account to do so. Here are the steps to create one:

Please use one of the two options below:

•  Go to the “Warranty registration” page on our website ;
• Scan the serial number QR code, which is located on the underside of the downtube, near the bottom bracket. This will take you directly to the « Warranty registration » page on our website.

Once you have created your account and are logged in:

• Enter the serial number and click “send”;
• If your serial number is accepted, you will be redirected to the registration form
• If your serial number is refused, please contact us using the “Warranty” form
