There are 2 reasons for which a product may not be available online:
- The product is not available for online purchase
Not all of our product range is available for online purchase. At the current time, only the products that you can "Add to cart" from the product page are available for purchase on the website.
- The product is available for online purchase but is out of stock
When an item is a victim of its own success, we all pay the price! You can be notified when a product is back in stock by following one of the steps below:
You have three options :
- Contact the LOOK Customer Service using the « Online orders » form; you will receive information about the availability of the product (online or authorized retailers) ;
- Contact your LOOK authorized retailer – see our list of retailers – if they do not have it in stock they can place an order;
- Submit your email address on the selected product page and receive an automatic alert when it is back in stock (feature coming soon).
